Application for Development Permit
On October 13th the board of supervisors approved a resolution (no. 2025-01) Square Footage change (only) to Building Permit Ordinance #2004-05 which states:
A structure that is 300 square feet or less will not require a land use permit. An
application and site plan would be required to show placement on property for
the required setbacks per ordinance and mailed to the address on the application. Twenty five (25) feet boundary and Forty (40) feet from a township road. The building will be on skids and placed on a gravel foundation and without utilities; there will be no fee or a permit issued. All other building requirements per the Building Permit Ordinance #2004-5 will stand.”
